In just seven years, G-Man Comics has launched over 100 issues, built a cohesive shared universe, coordinated dozens of creators, and delivered 12 successful crowdfunding campaigns. Panelists explain how they built a production pipeline that allows them to release comics consistently; how they coordinate teams of writers, artists, colorists, letterers, and editors across multiple countries; and how they manage crowdfunding, fulfillment, and fan engagement—and how you can, too.
