Book bans in schools and libraries, victories and defeats in recent court cases, new legislation targeting comics, and arrests, prosecutions, and other legal risks now facing comics retailers, creators, publishers, and fans are among the issues addressed. Comics censorship continues to surge, but understanding what's happening can help the community prevail.
